Custom Artwork and Uploaded Files

Trendy Fabrics allows customers to upload artwork and other files for custom printing.

Files submitted for an order may be transferred to and stored within systems used by Trendy Fabrics and our service providers for order processing, production, customer service, quality control, troubleshooting, and fulfillment.

Customer artwork is used to provide the products and services requested by the customer and for legitimate operational purposes related to those services.

Google Drive Integration

Trendy Fabrics offers an optional Google Drive connection that allows customers to browse their Google Drive and select artwork for a custom fabric order.

When you choose to connect Google Drive, Trendy Fabrics requests read-only access to Google Drive so that our ordering tool can display your Drive folders and supported artwork files and retrieve the artwork file you choose for your order.

Trendy Fabrics does not use this access to create, modify, rename, or delete files in your Google Drive.

Google Drive access is initiated by you and is used solely to provide the customer-requested file browsing and artwork-upload functionality.

Once you select an artwork file for an order, the selected file may be transferred from Google Drive into Trendy Fabrics' order, storage, and production systems and may be processed by service providers used to operate those systems and fulfill your order.

Trendy Fabrics does not sell Google user data and does not use Google Drive data for advertising, advertising profiling, or purposes unrelated to providing the requested Google Drive artwork-selection functionality.

Trendy Fabrics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke Trendy Fabrics' access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers and business partners that assist us in operating our business, including providers of:

• Cloud storage and file processing
• Payment processing
• Shipping and fulfillment
